Intertexto presta servicios en Internet como marca registrada en los términos y condiciones a continuación expuestos y con los siguientes fines: divulgar noticias y enlaces del idioma español como recurso económico, ser el medio por el que los organizadores de actos encuentren locales donde celebrar sus actos, ofrecer servicios de traducción, interpretación y formación del idioma inglés y sin perjuicio de que alguno de estos fines pueda variar con aviso previo.

1. En su labor de difusión del español, Intertexto no comparte necesariamente las opiniones o decisiones de las noticias en el sitio web. Tampoco puede garantizar la licitud, fiabilidad y utilidad de sus contenidos, así como su veracidad o exactitud.

Intertexto resume noticias en dos idiomas sin variar voluntariamente su contenido sustancial ni su intención y siempre que existe, cita la fuente de donde proceden.

2. La clasificación de las salas seguirá la pauta que el propietario de la sala suministre a Intertexto. El local así suscrito acepta la clasificación de su/s sala/s, sin posibilidad de cambiarla/s hasta que se cumpla un año desde la fecha de la última renovación o inscripción.

3. Para los fines de la contratación de salas por medio de Intertexto, este sitio no se responsabiliza de las condiciones de las mismas ni de su mantenimiento. Sin embargo, podrá interrumpir o resolver de modo inmediato la relación comercial con los locales inscritos en este sitio web si posee pruebas fehacientes del mantenimiento insatisfactorio de las salas o servicios que se ofertan y si hay incumplimiento de éstos con Intertexto o el organizador una vez contratadas las salas o servicios, sin que por ello la parte inscrita tenga derecho a ninguna reclamación o compensación de ninguna clase.

Igualmente el organizador se compromete a mantener una relación comercial seria con Intertexto y el local que contrate. En caso de incumplimiento por su parte, tampoco tendrá derecho a ninguna reclamación una vez contratadas las salas o servicios de un local.

4. Intertexto hará todos los esfuerzos para evitar cualquier fracaso en la relación comercial que las partes no puedan resolver por sí mismas. También podrá modificar en cualquier momento los presentes términos y condiciones previa notificación en el mismo sitio web o en particular a los inscritos afectados por los cambios.

5. El usuario de este sitio web se obliga a no utilizar sus contenidos y servicios para la realización de actividades contrarias a las leyes, a la moral, al orden público y en general, a hacer un uso correcto de las propuestas y contenidos del sitio web, ateniéndose a los términos de este documento.

6. Intertexto no será responsable de los fallos del hospedaje y mantenimiento del portal que ha contratado o de otras partes que pudieran producirse en las comunicaciones, incluido el borrado, transmisión incompleta o retrasos en la remisión, no comprometiéndose tampoco a que la red de transmisión esté operativa en todo momento.

7. No serán imputables a Intertexto los daños causados cuando un tercero, quebrantando las medidas de seguridad establecidas por el hospedaje y mantenimento contratados acceda a los mensajes, los falsee o los utilice para la remisión de virus informáticos.

8. Intertexto no controla la utilización que los usuarios hacen del portal ni garantiza que lo hagan conforme a las presentes condiciones generales.

9. Para todos los efectos del presente Aviso legal, las partes se someten a los Juzgados y Tribunales de Madrid, con renuncia expresa a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles.

Intertexto is a trade name which renders services in the Internet under the terms and conditions stated below with the following objectives: to spread news and links about the Spanish language as a wealth resource, to be the instrument by which event organizers may find premises to hold their events, offer translation, interpretation services and English language training, without prejudice to change any of these objectives with prior notification.

1. Acting as an agent spreading the Spanish language, Intertexto does not necessarily share the opinions or decisions of the news in the web site or guarantees the lawfulness, reliability and usefulness of its contents, as well as its truthfulness or accuracy.

Intertexto provides a summary of news in two languages without voluntarily changing either its content or its meaning and the source of the news is stated whenever it is available.

2. The Event venue classification will follow the guidelines the owner provides to Intertexto. The owner of the premises under the subscription accepts the classification of the room/s and he/she will have no chance to modify it until a year has passed since the venue was entered or renewed for the last time.

3. For the purposes of hiring halls through Intertexto, the latter is not responsible for the conditions or maintenance of the halls. However it shall be entitled to interrupt or immediately terminate the business relationship with the parties who entered their premises to this web site provided it has convincing evidences of an unsatisfactory maintenance of the halls or services offered the said parties having no right to claim whatsoever.

Likewise the organizer binds him to have a serious business relationship with Intertexto and the owner of the premises he hires. Should a breach occurs on his side, the organizer will not have the right to claim once the premises or services are hired.

4. Intertexto will do its best efforts to avoid any failure in the business relationship the parties may not solve themselves. It shall also be entitled to modify the terms and conditions herein with prior notification in the web site itself or individually to the parties who have entered their premises concerned by these changes.

5. The user of this web site binds him not to use its contents or services to carry out any unlawful activity or any action against or destructive of public decency or morals or public order and broadly, to use the proposals and contents of the web site faithfully, complying with the terms in this document.

6. Intertexto shall not be responsible for the failures of  the hosting or other parties’ failures which might arise in the transmission including the deletion, unfinished transmission or delays in the delivery of data. It will not either commit to the constant functioning of the network.

7. Damages caused when a third party violation of the safety measures taken in by the hosting may have access to the messages, distort or use them for the delivery of computer virus will not be attributable to Intertexto.

8. Intertexto does not control the use of the portal made by users neither it guarantees they make it according to the terms and conditions herein.

9. For the purposes of the present, the parties are subject to the Lawcourt and Court of Madrid, with express waiver to whatsoever jurisdiction that might correspond.
